About the project

“Innovation Generator. Support Networks 3” is the next edition of an incubation project implemented by PCG Polska Sp. z o.o. and the Towarzystwo Inicjatyw Twórczych „ę”.

Financial, organizational, and substantive support will be provided to 38 innovative solutions from across Poland that will contribute to social inclusion and improve the quality of life of older people and their caregivers.

The innovative solutions should help:

  • involve older people in social life,
  • build and strengthen support networks for older people and their caregivers,
  • socialize institutions so that older people receive accessible, high-quality services,
  • support social integration and improve the living conditions of older migrants in Poland.

Innovative ideas include:

  • new products, services, and methods that have never been used anywhere in Poland before,
  • improving existing solutions in an innovative way,
  • transferring ideas that have proven successful in other countries to Poland.

The best applications will receive long-term support from us:

  • grants,
  • expert knowledge,
  • participation in workshops, webinars, and networking events.
  • innovators will develop and test their solutions together with tutors, researchers, and experts from every necessary field.

Activities planned in the project:

Getting to know each other! December 2024 - January 2025

We invite teams to a short online meeting where they tell us more about an application. We provide Gallup tests of five dominant talents for teams’ members.

We have started to work together! February 2025

The teams qualify to the next level, work with a tutor during three sessions to develop your idea or challenge (depending on the path you choose). Then, you return to the online form and fill in the necessary descriptions.

Preincubation - time to start! April – June 2025

After qualifying for this stage, you receive support tailored to your needs. Together with a researcher, you use the appropriate research tool to identify the needs of the people your innovation is aimed at. You receive expert support—you consult with professionals in a specific field of your choice (e.g., programming, geriatric issues, project management). You participate in selected online events: design thinking workshops, networking meetings, webinars on creating project documentation. You are accompanied by a tutor throughout the process. You prepare an Innovation Specification. We work together on the budget, testing schedule, and expected results. You return to the online form to complete it.

Who will receive the grant? July 2025

The committee accepts your Innovation Specification, you receive a grant for developing, testing, and preparing the innovation in its final form. We sign a contract!

The power of the group! September 2025

We meet in person with a group of innovators to get to know each other better and the innovations.

Testing phase. August 2025 - April 2026

You continue to receive the necessary support: 1. A webinar explaining how to prepare a finished innovation model after testing 2. Tutoring support 3. Visual development of the model (graphics, drawings, descriptions) 4. Presentation of the innovation (pitching) to potential users 5. Individual support from an expert in a specific industry, ambassador, or animator 6. Supervision (supportive discussions in a group of innovators). 5. Gallup talent workshops. At this stage, we also take steps to promote your innovation.

Grant settlement. May 2026

Settlement is based on achieved results, not invoices or receipts. Complicated? We explain everything! Final deadline for grant settlement: May 31, 2026.

A chance to promote innovation. June 2026 - August 2027

Your innovation may be selected for dissemination. Selected innovations may receive additional support for a year-long promotional campaign aimed at encouraging organizations, companies, and institutions to implement them.
